Pretreatment and E-Coat Systems

PMPF manufactures custom pretreatment and e-coat systems to fit our customers’ needs. These systems are designed for all types of substrates. PMPF pretreatment systems remove oil, grease, mold compounds and other contaminants from the manufacturing process, prior to the application of e-coat, wet or powder coatings.

Heavy-duty design features are incorporated into our machines to minimize maintenance and increase machine life. The extra heavy silhouettes stiffen and support the sides and roof of the washers and e-coat systems.

All of our systems will be designed in accordance with accepted industry standards employing the latest available technology.

Each system is custom designed to clean and e-coat your product. Fabricated from either carbon or stainless steel our multiple stage pretreatment and e-coat systems will provide years of service.

Environmental / Clean Rooms

PMPF environmental rooms ensure consistent high quality application of paint and other finishes by virtually eliminating outside contaminants. Environmental rooms are equipped with automatic climate control systems designed to maintain an environment at optimal coating conditions. They prevent dust, dirt and other external contaminants from infiltrating the spraying process

The Environmental Room is designed to maintain temperature and humidity control for both liquid and powder coatings. The temperature and humidity is controlled at a constant range based on the paint material optimum application requirements. The environmental room also maintains a slightly positive pressure to prevent contaminants from entering the room through the part opening.
